Hot-melt adhesives

The TERMOKOL product line comprehends a broad selection of high-quality hot melts based on EVA, SBS and SIS copolymers.
Unlike other glues, hot melt adhesives are in solid state at room temperature. They are applied in melted (liquid) form, so they have to be heated to the working temperature (120°C – 200°C) before use.
They are distinguished by short setting times which allow high production capacity, good adhesion to different materials, flexible and temperature resistant joint.
They have transport and storage advantages due to long shelf life and because they don’t freeze at low temperatures.
A wide selection of products is available in a wide range of viscosity, open and setting times and specific adhesion on various materials.

In this assortment MITOL offers also pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA). They have a specific characteristic – the adhesive film remains permanently tacky.

TERMOKOL ULTRA is a line of APAO and metallocene polyolefin based hot-melt adhesives. They form high-quality joints, have excellent adhesion to difficult-to-bond surfaces. They are specially recommended for the products where very strong joints and resistance to low and high temperatures are required.

Due to special formulation, TERMOKOL ULTRA products have good thermal stability and a superior flowing performance, which prevents from making threads, enables better spreading and lower adhesive consumption.
